Escaped prisoner arrested in hospital

The 25-year-old was caught four days after a prisoner escaped from a hospital in Essen.
The man reported to the same hospital on Monday for the treatment of his old injuries, the police said.
According to a spokesman, the hospital had called the police.
Essen – Before he escaped on Thursday, the detainee had been hospitalized in Essen for several days.
According to information from the Ministry of Justice to members of the legal committee of the state parliament, the man had fled while going to the toilet.
According to the ministry, he has been in custody since November 19 for fraud.
