On July 9, 2018, in the middle of the afternoon, shots rang out at the La Parisienne shopping center in Les Ulis.
A group of five men, including Rémy, 27, and Moukhamad, shoot in the direction of two brothers, Julien and Eddy, without worrying about passers-by.
They retaliate.
Facts that will have consequences in September and October 2018. This Monday, only three men were convicted by the criminal court of Evry-Courcouronnes for this violence with a weapon.
Rémy and Moukhamad are sentenced to 18 months in detention and the third, Julien, to four years in prison with a warrant of committal.
Two others were released.

After the July 9 shooting, new violence took place on the night of September 1 to 2, still in Les Ulis.
Two men on motorcycles had rushed towards Julien, who had a dispute with Rémy, by shooting him.
But it was his friend who had been shot in the back.
Violence in the mall, in a nightclub, in a pizzeria…
Then, on the night of September 30 to October 1, Rémy learns that Julien and Eddy are in a nightclub. He goes there accompanied and attacks the two brothers and threatens them. A few hours later, Julien goes to Rémy's home in Les Ulis to fight it out. He bangs on the door and receives no response. Angry and drunk, he explained to investigators, he fired a 9mm caliber through the door. Rémy's father is seriously injured in the throat and will get away with 45 days of total incapacity for work (ITT).
The following night, the latter goes with seven other people to a pizzeria in Les Ulis, where a friend of Julien is.
He hits him to find out where he is.
Outside, gunfire erupts.
Two municipal police officers arrive and pursue the perpetrators of the violence.
Moukhamad robs them.
The unarmed police had been forced to abandon the pursuit.
