It is reported that Jiang Jiawei was originally scheduled to report to the Tuen Mun Police Station at 11:00 this morning, but he arrived at the report room at about 9:15 in advance, so the police officers sat him down in the report room and waited.

The police later arrested four people on suspicion of "inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly" and "inciting others to commit criminal damage", one of whom was Jiang Jiawei.
