Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to break its silence regarding the violations and crimes of the Israeli occupation and its settlers against the Palestinian people, in flagrant violation of international laws, which encourages it to persist in its open war against the Palestinian existence.
In this context, the Ministry condemned, in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency, the crime carried out by the occupation forces in killing an elderly Palestinian by deliberately running him over near the entrance to the village of Umm al-Khair in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the West Bank on the sixth of this month.
The Foreign Ministry said: The execution of Suleiman Al-Hathlin, 75, constitutes a new episode in the series of field executions carried out by the occupation during its brutal suppression of Palestinians participating in demonstrations against settlements and settlers' attacks.
The Ministry also condemned the crime of field execution carried out by the occupation forces today in the city of Hebron, which led to the death of Palestinian Faleh Jaradat, considering that it is an extension of the series of field executions committed by the occupation and its settlers against Palestinians throughout the Palestinian territories.
The Foreign Ministry pointed out that the occupation authorities continue to target the Palestinian presence in occupied Jerusalem in a dangerous escalation of the ethnic cleansing operations carried out by the occupation against Jerusalemites with the aim of emptying the city of its people and Judaizing it, the last of which is forcing a Palestinian family today to evacuate their house in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem in preparation for its demolition.
