Two people were killed in an explosive device explosion in Baghlan province, northern Afghanistan.
Xinhua news agency quoted local sources as saying today: "An explosive device remnants of the past years of war exploded in Tiba Nowruz area on the outskirts of the provincial capital, Bul Khumri, killing two people and wounding two others."
