Haimhausen/Hebertshausen – Two drivers had a guardian angel in accidents involving wildlife.
Although one car overturned several times and the other vehicle hit several trees, they were only slightly injured.
A 32-year-old Corsa driver from Allershausen was on the Amperpettenbacher Straße between Haimhausen and Amperpettenbach around 8 p.m. when, according to the police, an unknown wild animal ran in front of his vehicle. He tried to swerve, lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and rolled over several times. Fortunately, an ambulance took the only slightly injured to the Dachau Clinic. The Opel was towed, causing property damage of around 5,000 euros. A collision between the animal and the Opel did not take place.
On Sunday, a deer ran onto the road between Purtlhof and Ampermoching.
At around 8:40 p.m., a 26-year-old Opel driver drove from Purtlhof in the direction of Ampermoching.
Shortly before entering the town, the deer crossed the road.
The man from Fahrenzhausen dodged and lost control of his vehicle, police said.
The Corsa left the road to the right, hit several trees and two traffic signs.
There was no collision with the deer.
The 26-year-old was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Opel was towed, causing property damage of around 7,000 euros.
The volunteer fire brigade Ampermoching regulated the traffic and cleaned the street.
