During the Q & A - Asked Rebbe, Rabbi Pinto, leader of the "return of Israel" in the country and the world, for which an increase in dog house.
Rabbi brought the sides halachic ban or permit and expanded the Gemara wrote A person must not raise a bad dog in. According to Rabbi Pinto, in places where the dog is meant to be kept and is outside the house - its breeding is allowed.
