Cold weather and frost warnings continue

Temperatures remain lower than their rates in general as a result of the country being affected by a weak extension of a shallow depression accompanied by western currents and a cold and humid polar air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The General Directorate of Meteorology expected in its morning bulletin that the weather will continue to be cold and between clear and partly cloudy in general, and low clouds will multiply starting from the northwestern and coastal areas to become the opportunity for scattered showers of rain in those areas. During the evening and night hours and snowy at heights exceeding 1100 meters and mixed without that, the weather continues to be very cold and warns of the occurrence of frost and ice formation during the early morning hours.

Winds will be southwesterly, moderate, with active gusts exceeding 85 kilometers per hour in the coastal region, and the sea is medium to high, with a wave height.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, temperatures will remain lower than their average rates in general, and the weather will continue to be cloudy and rainy at intervals. Precipitation will be gradual at heights exceeding 900 meters and mixed without that in parts of the central, northern and island regions, with active gifts sometimes at the speed of southwest winds in the southern regions exceeding Its speed is 60 kilometers per hour.
