Jauch makes a nasty saying on the RTL show: Schöneberger fears “again, loads of letters”

"Because they don't know what's happening" lives especially from the good mood Gottschalk, Jauch and Schöneberger.

Because of one sentence, however, "baskets" of letters are expected.

Munich – "Three clueless moderators without a plan".

This is how RTL advertises its hit show "Because you don't know what's happening".

And success is almost guaranteed if you let Thomas Gottschalk*, Barbara Schöneberger and Günther Jauch appear together in a show and do so completely ignorant of what to expect.

And of course the broadcaster also uses the opportunity to advertise the jungle camp that is about to start.

RTL show with Gottschalk, Jauch, Schöneberger – everything is different this time

Not only is the background of the studio adapted to the jungle green, but two former jungle royalty are also on the show. Ross Antony won the crown in Australia in 2008, Evelyn Burdecki won in 2019. Günther Jauch* was then assigned the moderation on the show. But especially in this edition: Schöneberger and Gottschalk did not play against the two guest stars, the teams were mixed. "So the "Wetten, dass..?" legend was given Burdecki as a team partner. Schlager star Ross Antony joined Schöneberger. And for the latter team, things went much better on the evening show.

When it came to the grand finale, the Schöneberger-Antony team led with seven games to two wins. With a full lead it went to "the wall". Here, one team partner has to answer questions, the other hangs in a wall from which stones are pushed out, which always reduces the area. For each correct answer, the opposing team gets a stone out of the wall. For every wrong answer, on your own. So far, so simple. But what became clear again that evening: what is really promising about the four-hour show is not necessarily the games, but rather the nasty teasing between the three moderation grandmasters. Shortly before the final started, however, Jauch made a particularly nasty remark against Gottschalk.

First of all, Schöneberger stands with his legs apart and his arms outstretched against the wall.

At first, Jauch remains friendly.

Referring to the "Vitruvian Man", the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" presenter also says: "Ooh, that has something Da Vinci-like about it".

Schöneberger shoots after Gottschalk: "Thomas always looks like the Good Friday pose".

"Yes, or the Colossus of Rhodes either," adds Jauch.

The laughter in the audience is only drowned out by the loud "There are letters again, Mr. Jauch!" by Barbara Schöneberger*.

Jauch, who already sees his fate in the comments of the audience blossoming, adds a "basket by basket".

Whether the nasty "Colossus" saying was intended for Gottschalk or Schöneberger is not entirely clear.

He probably didn't really hit either of them.

Schöneberger finally accepted it with a laugh, Gottschalk seemed as if he hadn't noticed him at all - maybe because he was already in the final focus?

But that wouldn't have been of any use to him.

In the end, Schöneberger and Antony got the win.

Even if Thomas Gottschalk fans were not allowed to celebrate a victory here, there was a particularly rare treat recently: Gottschalk's sister shared a private photo* together with the legend of the moderator at the family dinner.
