This is a luxury penthouse apartment designed for a couple in their early 60s who moved from a private house to an apartment in a high-rise building. Moving to an apartment after years of living in a private home required rethinking and planning the spaces of the house, especially in light of the fact that these are couples who like to host. The plan of the apartment was changed in favor of expanding the public spaces and the living space.

The living room and kitchen are surrounded by large display cases, through which natural light penetrates from sunrise to sunset.

The kitchen and living room opened into one spacious space at the expense of a bedroom that needed these tenants much less than a little more space to entertain in the public space.

Blue enchanting patrol and storage that can only be dreamed of.

The home kitchen is the most active part of family life, and family meals for a significant amount of people are commonplace here.

Therefore, the kitchen space is designed as the pulsating heart of the house: a spacious and functional kitchen that combines tall cabinets with beautiful storage capacity, along with precise design of drawers and cabinets in the lower part and island.

The kitchen fronts are painted patrol blue, which blends wonderfully with concrete-colored marble and an oak veneer counter that exits the island, creating seating options on two levels: bar seating and table-height seating.

In debating between gas and electricity, the tenants decided not to decide and installed stoves of both types.

And additional storage is available to them in a pantry closet built in the hallway.

In the living room, a 6-meter-wide carpentry unit has been designed that combines storage, a TV and even another freezer that is well hidden inside.

In the center of the living room is a coffee table with a leather cover, which is in line with the owners' love for the classic style.

At the back of the living room is a huge closet that contains a lot of storage space and is used as decorative furniture with an impressive aesthetic presence in the space.

This closet is individually designed like all the home closets and bathrooms in Riviera closets and it is obvious that extra careful attention has been invested in planning every detail in these closets - which are among the most impressive details in this apartment and what brings in many dominant color shots.

The closet doors are integral and smooth, without handles, in order to maintain a clean look between the doors, shelves, shelves and a frame for the TV screen are made of natural wood that adds interest and creates a warm and stylish feeling.

The distinctive taste of homeowners who are proficient in the design faucets is evident in the various items scattered throughout the house and their love of ethnic tools and raw materials that characterize the classic style is reflected as a recurring motif, as well. The color palette that accompanies the design of the house is patrol blue, blue-green combined with wood tones.

To break from time to time the classic style, a number of modern items have been carefully selected that give a contemporary tone to the house such as gray-colored wooden shutters and cabinets with an aluminum profile combined with a mirror. The wooden shutters cover most of the living room walls and get an impressive presence in the space, in a way that greatly affects the visibility and design of the living room.

Very spacious. The bedroom (Photo: Lior Teitler)

The generous size of the bedroom allowed for the design of a separate walk-in closet in addition to a TV cabinet located in front of the bed.

Here, too, two different styles were chosen, the closet room in a clean modern style, with facades made of black aluminum combined with glass.

The final look allows you to see the clothing items from the outside, but at the same time protects them from dust.

The closet built in front of the bed has an oval gray façade with engraving in clean lines that matches the classic style of the room.

The back wall of the bed is decorated with cornices and brass wall lamps to complete the look.

The guest bathroom has been designed with a dramatic look with an emphasis on classic elements.

The choice of black tiles and a dark wall decoration, highlights the selected sanitary ware in brass and the wooden cabinet.

In contrast, sand shades were chosen in the master bedroom bathroom.

One of the important things for homeowners was to produce a clean and relaxed look for the private bathroom.

For this purpose, large tiles of 120/60 with a stone texture and shades of desert sand were chosen.

The shower wall cladding was designed in a matching shade and with an interesting embossing texture.

As a complement to the desert shades, a carpentry unit was designed in grooved wood and a marble surface with strands in shades of brown that flow with the overall color.
