The National Electoral Institute of Mexico (INE) affirmed that it is continuing with the preparations for a presidential recall referendum, as ordered by the electoral justice, but it continues to insist that it does not have sufficient funds to carry it out.

The Ministry of Finance presented a report with figures with which it claims to demonstrate that the INE does have resources for the consultation, scheduled for April 10.
