A woman was seriously injured in a traffic accident on Tuesday morning.
The perpetrators fled after the collision.
The police manhunt is on.
Fürth – In the early hours of the morning there was a serious traffic accident in downtown Fürth*.
According to the first information from the police, a BMW drove with three people on Nürnberger Straße towards the city centre.
At an intersection, the BMW then crashed into the Ford of a 58-year-old woman.
"Due to the massive impact, the 58-year-old's car was first thrown against a tree and then against vehicles parked on the side of the road," said the police* on Tuesday afternoon (January 18).

Immediately after the collision, the driver of the BMW and another person fled the scene of the accident on foot.
The third occupant of the BMW stayed at the scene and took care of the seriously injured woman until police officers arrived.
He also called 911.
The 58-year-old suffered serious injuries from the impact and was taken to a hospital.
The Central Franconia police are currently looking for the two fugitives (as of 12:15 p.m.).
Nürnberger Strasse was closed for several hours while the accident was being recorded.
