The businessman claimed to have lent more than 40 million yuan to the Chinachem Charity Fund in 2009 to help the foundation and Chen Zhencong in the lawsuit, but the fund did not repay the money after the lawsuit was over, so the fund recovered more than 160 million yuan in principal and interest.
The case will be heard in the High Court today (18th).
The lawyer representing the fund questioned that the money was donated and loaned, and the businessman retorted, "Bullshit (nonsense)" and described the fund as "eating people without spitting bones."

Alleging that the defendant attempted to kill the loan
When questioning Lin Yixiong, the barrister representing the defendant pointed out that the funds involved were donations, and Lin was trying to please Chinachem Group in order to win business with Chinachem. Donations are called loans.
Lin, who gave his testimony in Mandarin, said, "Bullshit (nonsense)." He countered that the other party "eats people without spitting out bones", questioning this statement and trying to kill the loan.
Think that winning Chen Zhencong is the end of the case
In response to Lin Yixiong's claim that when the dispute over property is concluded with the defendant, the defendant will need to repay the loan. The defendant asked Lin if he would discuss with the defendant what "completion" is. Lin admitted that he did not discuss with the other party, and said, "It's just to win against Chen Zhencong."
The defendant's lawyer also pointed out that due to the complex estate of Ruxin Gong, there are still many matters to be dealt with even if the dispute over the property is over. Therefore, Ruxin Gong's younger brother Gong Renxin will not claim that the dispute over the property is over and the fund will repay the funds.
Lin Yixiong responded, "If I had your level, I would not have borrowed money."
