Today, the Technical Committee for Table Tennis in Suwayda, under the supervision of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation branch, held the Governorate Championship for the age groups under 11 and 13 years, with the participation of 23 male and female players.

Fajr Al-Qattan won the first place in the table tennis hall hosted by the Arab Club for the under-11-year-olds category, followed by Nader Ghayra and Sultan Nasr, while Gina Al-Mulhim came first in the same category for females, followed by Rose Dawara and Serena Al-Hamad, respectively.

In the under-13 years category, the male player Fajr Al-Qattan won the first place, leaving the second and third places to Saif Abu Hadeer and Zaid Murad, while the player Rose Dawara won the first place, followed by Jana Abu Hajila and Liliana Al-Mulhem.

The head of the Technical Committee for Table Tennis in Suwayda, Waad Al-Ghadban, indicated in a statement to the representative of SANA that the tournament came in preparation for the Republic Championship and witnessed a wider participation than the tournaments of the past years and produced promising talents that were characterized by an acceptable technical level compared to the lack of preparation for them and their establishment a few days after the completion of the school exams.
