The government puts 2.3 billion to support industrial start-ups

Agnès Pannier-Runacher and Cédric O reveal the details of the plan which should allow the creation of one hundred factories per year in France.


Building on the success of French Tech, the government is applying a similar method to industrial start-ups. These young innovative companies are an essential link in the reindustrialization of France. Also,

“2.3 billion additional euros will be devoted to them, over five years”

, announces Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister Delegate for Industry. An envelope which is part of the France 2030 plan and whose aim is

“to help these start-ups to move from the project to industrial mass production”,

specifies Cédric O, Secretary of State for Digital. In total, this plan aims to support 500 deep tech start-ups (breakthrough innovations), and to create nearly 100 industrial sites per year from 2025.
