Tartous-Sana
Today, the branch of the Syrian Trade Corporation in Tartous has hired 70 tons of citrus growers of various varieties, which were sent to the corporation's branches in a number of governorates.
The director of the Foundation’s branch in Tartous, Mahmoud Saqr, said in a special statement to SANA that the rented quantities were sent to the governorates of Damascus, Damascus Countryside, Aleppo and As-Suwayda, in addition to the Military Appointments branch in Homs Governorate, pointing out that work continues until after midnight according to the rented quantities so that they can be sorted, packed and prepared for transportation to different Syrian governorates.
Saqr added, there are citrus harvests by merchants of Al-Hal Market and its centers in the governorate, as the quantities that merchants rented from farmers today amounted to about 350 tons of various types as well.
