Another company applies to schedule the liquidation of ATV Digital Media Co., Ltd. to be processed by the end of March

Asia Television Digital Media Co., Ltd., which operates in the form of OTT network television, was again filed by creditors yesterday (18th) with the High Court for liquidation, and the case is scheduled to be dealt with on March 30th.

The petitioner is China Water Industry Group Co., Ltd. Earlier, a number of companies have filed applications to liquidate ATV Digital Media, including Fujifilm Business Innovation Hong Kong Co., Ltd., Showbiz Production Limited, etc.

Another media company, Hong Kong Satellite TV International Media Group Co., Ltd., was also applied for liquidation by creditors. The relevant creditor is Xuan Wubing, and the case has been scheduled for processing on March 23.
