The Hadera Magistrate's Court today (Wednesday) ordered the release of Lutfi Jarban, with whom Linoy Ashram's stolen chain was found last night, under five-day house arrest.

A week ago, the police received a report of the theft of a necklace belonging to the Olympic athlete, with a symbol of the Olympic rings, adorned with diamonds.

I am really glad I was informed that the necklace was found. I am going to receive it on Sunday ".

Yesterday, detectives from the police station in Jisr a-Zarqa conducted a number of searches in the village and in one of them a resident of the place was arrested after he was seized with the suspected substance as a drug not for personal consumption.

Following his arrest, a relative of the suspect, a 24-year-old resident of the place, arrived and threatened to harm the police station due to the arrest of the suspect in possession of the drugs.

Police began searches and soon arrested the suspect with threats.

A search of his body turned up and seized a knife and the Olympic chain.
