The 55-year-old will be autopsied tomorrow, Wednesday, to determine the exact cause of death.
According to the spokeswoman, he was drunk during the fight.

First report from January 18, 7.30 a.m.:
Fürth – A dispute escalated last Wednesday (January 12) in a supermarket in Fürth.
A 55-year-old man entered a Norma* branch on Gartenstrasse, then, according to the police, he "raided around loudly".
An employee then referred the man to the store.
Instead of leaving, the two got into a fight - which ended fatally for the 55-year-old days later.

Supermarket customer starts fatal fight - now he's dead
As a result of the argument, the 55-year-old fell to the ground and lost consciousness.
Since he was no longer breathing, a police officer had to resuscitate the man until the rescue service and emergency doctor arrived.
The man sustained serious head injuries as a result of the fall and had to be taken to a specialist clinic.
As the police announced on Monday afternoon, the man died last weekend from his serious injuries.
The Fürth criminal police have taken over the investigation and are urgently looking for witnesses.
