There was a large-scale operation of the fire brigade in Freising.
The reason for this was a burning pan.
Freising – Because a 23-year-old in his apartment on Liebigstrasse in Freising had forgotten to take his pan with food off the switched-on stove shortly after 11 p.m. on Monday evening, the Freising fire brigade was deployed on a large scale.
According to the police, the young man had gone for a walk, but he had not switched off the stove.
A short time later, the cooking food in the kitchen and in the hallway of the apartment building led to heavy smoke development, whereupon the fire brigade was alerted by other tenants.
25 helpers came with several vehicles.
The apartment had to be broken into, after which the pan was extinguished.
Nobody got hurt.
