The Bavarian Administrative Court has overturned an essential Corona rule: the access restrictions in retail.
Munich – The Bavarian Administrative Court has temporarily suspended the basic restriction of access to retail stores to those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered (2G).
According to its own statements, the court thus granted an urgent application from an owner of a lamp shop in Upper Bavaria on Wednesday in Munich.
