transpartisan delegation
" of parliamentarians will visit Thursday January 20 and Friday January 21 in the prisons where are detained three Corsicans sentenced to life imprisonment for the assassination of the prefect Erignac and who ask to serve their sentence on the island, indicated Wednesday to AFP two deputies.

We want to see the conditions of detention and symbolically meet Pierre Alessandri, Alain Ferrandi and Yvan Colonna, as parliamentarians who want to apply the law
,” Jean-Felix Acquaviva, nationalist deputy for Haute-Corse, told AFP.
With about fifteen parliamentarians of different political colors, he had signed a column in the daily Le Monde in December calling for the reconciliation in a Corsican prison of the three men who are currently detained in the central prisons of Poissy (Yvelines) and Arles ( Bouches-du-Rhone).

Pierre Alessandri, 63, and Alain Ferrandi, 62, arrested in 1999, were sentenced in 2003 to life imprisonment, like Yvan Colonna, 61, for the assassination of the prefect Claude Erignac on February 6, 1998, in Ajaccio . The delegation will go Thursday at 1:15 p.m. in front of the Poissy power station where Alain Ferrandi and Pierre Alessandri are detained.
