Martini referred to the efforts made by the ministry in the field of encouraging tourism investments and completing the implementation of existing and faltering projects in terms of financing, solving problems that hinder tourism work, and giving facilities and preferential conditions to tourism rooms in case they wish to establish tourism projects, indicating that launching tourism projects would improve the reality of services and facilities and secure Jobs.
After the meeting, the Minister of Tourism was briefed on the reality of work in the White Rose Hotel and its commercial complex, the location of the hotel project for investment on land owned by the Hijaz railway, and on the construction of the Hotel Institute and the Tourist Information Center at the Nassib border crossing, where he affirmed the continuation of work to equip and develop the hotel secondary and complete the construction of the Hotel Institute He put it in service and worked with the investor of the White Rose Hotel to bring it back into service with its full operational capacity.
In a statement to reporters, the Minister of Tourism stressed the importance of tourism investment in Daraa because of its elements and purposes for cultural, religious and internal tourism. educational.
Daraa Tourism Director Yasser Al-Saadi said in a similar statement that the rehabilitation of the tourist information center in Nassib has reached its final stages, with a total value of 97 million pounds, while the construction of the hotel institute will be started to be put into service within 12 months from the start of the cladding.
He explained that the hotel institute building is built on a land of 3,682 square meters and consists of a basement and 3 floors with two guard rooms, a generator and a suite consisting of hotel halls, 5-star restaurants, teaching and vocational training rooms, and a computer laboratory.
The meeting was attended and participated in the tour by the governor of Daraa, Eng. Louay Map and Secretary of the Baath Arab Socialist Party branch, Hussein al-Rifai.
