Harry wants police protection in the UK and threatens to sue if he refuses.

The Queen is said to be upset.

London – The British royal family is currently bubbling up again.

As the latest development, Prince Harry said he would not feel comfortable returning to the UK with his family without special police protection.

The Sussexes are no longer entitled to taxpayer-funded security after they relocate to America.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan would have liked to pay for the protection for themselves and their children themselves, but the Home Office refused.

Harry is now threatening to sue.

Scotland Yard angry at Prince Harry's demands

"You can't just hire Scotland Yard's services whenever you feel like it," Scotland Yard's former head of royal security told the

Daily Mail

.

He continued to complain: “These are highly qualified bodyguards who have access to sensitive information.

This is not like football clubs paying for officials to be present at football matches.”

Queen Elizabeth II "upset" according to expert - Harry behaves like a "spoiled child"

It can be assumed that the monarch Queen Elizabeth II has now learned about her grandson's lawsuit. Ingrid Seward, author of Prince Philip Revealed and editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, told the

Mirror

: "Prince Harry's threat of legal action against his grandmother's government will not go down well with her. The queen doesn't like being threatened. Even if the threat is not directed at them personally, it falls under their jurisdiction.”

Seward goes on to say, "It's going to upset and irritate her a lot.

She doesn't want to offend the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but if they constantly act like spoiled children and try to have their own way, she will be forced to do so."

Prince Harry: 'Not likely to get it'

In the past, Prince Harry would have had a thorough understanding of how the police worked, the expert said: "Both Harry and William, as youngsters, knew exactly how their police officers worked. They became close friends. They were always together when they left the house. One even sat in front of the classroom. They were friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. No wonder Harry desires this kind of protection for his wife and children. But it's very unlikely that he'll get it."

So should Harry come to Britain with his family, they will only be protected by Scotland Yard if other royal family members are with them.

"If they appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, for example, they will be given the necessary security like everyone else.

But when they go home to Frogmore Cottage, their private bodyguards will be responsible for them," Seward told the

Mirror.

Expert clear: "Not the job of the queen"

But the source agrees: "It's not the 95-year-old Queen's job to tell Harry how to behave.

What would that mean for the already strained relationships within the family?

If it means she'll never meet Lilibet, that'll be a problem for Harry and Meghan for the rest of their lives.

And that would be very sad.”

In addition to this matter, the Queen also has to deal with a court case against Prince Andrew.
