Shopping malls on mid-morning mornings, all the more so at the height of the corona wave that leaves quite a few people in the house tucked away in isolation, is a truly bizarre experience.
The stalls are covered, the shops are locked and the only crowd seen in the place are people who come to the pharm branches that are always open and the elderly who come to the early afternoon screenings at the cinema.
This is exactly the situation at the Kiryat Ono mall, with one small difference - at the end of the mall, you will already find by smell, is the bakery "Stella".
This is another quality bakery in the Ono Valley area, which under the nose becomes a particularly interesting culinary area (branches of Mimi and Nono, a future Deliktsen branch in Ganei Tikva and more).

There's just about everything here with dough, sweet or salty, whatever you want, but there's also an interesting story hidden behind the business.
Aaron Daniel and Lior Netanov opened the place in the middle of the first closure (an interesting gamble), as a business that is entirely a tribute to their mother Stella, who raised them in not easy conditions and helped them grow and succeed.
