The Japanese government declared a partial state of emergency in 13 additional prefectures, including Tokyo, amid a sharp rise in Corona injuries.
The Japanese Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) stated that the number of Japanese prefectures that are subject to a partial state of emergency rose to 16, after it was limited to three prefectures: Okinawa, Yamaguchi and Hiroshima.
Yesterday, Japan recorded the highest daily death toll from the Corona virus, with 32,197 cases.
