Authorities in Tonga began evacuating residents on two of its islands most affected by a huge underwater volcano, which was followed by a devastating tsunami.
And the Spanish news agency (EFE) reported that about 150 people will be evacuated from the islands of Mango and Fonuevoa to other islands in Tonga less affected by the natural disaster.
Yesterday, the authorities in Tonga declared a state of emergency, stressing that it was facing an unprecedented disaster due to the tsunami that destroyed many homes and shops.
