School transport in the district of Dachau optimized

The MVV has optimized the timetable of the MVV regional bus line 702 in cooperation with the transport company Busverkehr Südbayern and the district office of Dachau.
The new timetable has been in effect since January 17th.
All morning school trips from Karlsfeld to Dachau are brought forward by up to ten minutes due to the high volume of traffic and the route is adjusted to ensure punctual arrival at all school locations.
In addition, the departure times will be changed after the sixth lesson and an additional bus will be used in the direction of Dachau train station and Karlsfeld from the "Dachau, Liegsalzstraße" stop (departure 1:02 p.m.) for students from the Josef-Effner-Gymnasium.
Since January 10, regional bus line 704 can also be used in the direction of Dachau train station from the "Liegsalzstraße" bus stop (departure 1:03 p.m.).
Additional stops in the center of Karlsfeld were planned for the afternoon trip from the Josef-Effner-Gymnasium (departure 3:20 p.m.).
When traveling according to the fixed all-day offer at the Josef-Effner-Gymnasium, the "Liegsalzstraße" stop (departure 4.05 p.m.) is also served.
The “Lessingstraße” and “Watzmannstraße” stops in Dachau will be included in the timetable for some routes.
The departure time at the “Karlsfeld, Schule” stop has been brought forward to 1.06 p.m. in order to shorten the waiting time for the students after the end of the lesson.
In order to reduce the waiting time as well, since January 10th there has been an additional option from the elementary and middle school in Karlsfeld with the MVV regional bus line 701 (departure 1:05 p.m.) and the previous one at 1:25 p.m. will remain in place.
The 715 route from Unterzeilbach in the direction of “Altomünster, Schule” has been brought forward by two minutes since January 17 (departure is now 7:10 a.m.) and stops at Altomünster station at 7:16 a.m.
It is therefore possible to change to the S2 in the direction of Ostbahnhof with departure at 7.22 a.m. to the secondary schools in Markt Indersdorf and Weichs.
