The Olympic necklace that was stolen from the athlete Linoy Ashram was found, the police said today (Wednesday).
A week ago, the police received a report of the theft of a necklace belonging to the Olympic athlete, with a symbol of the Olympic rings, adorned with diamonds.
The theft occurred while the athlete was at the Wingate Institute.
Ashram asked for the public's help after the necklace was stolen from her and wrote on her Instagram account: "My necklace, which was given to me after the Olympics, was taken tonight from my bag at the Wingate Institute ... it has great emotional value for me, whoever finds ...".
Last night, detectives from the police station in Jisr a-Zarqa conducted a number of searches in the village, and in one of them, a local resident was arrested after he seized the suspected substance as a drug not for personal consumption.
