Sentenced on appeal on November 24 in the context of the Tapie trial, he will leave the reins of Orange to a duo: a president and a general manager.

Or more likely to a general manager: Christel Heydemann.

The current vice-president Europe of Schneider Electric would have the favors of the Élysée and Bercy.

The Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, favors the appointment of a woman to this post.

She would therefore be preferred to Ramon Fernandez, deputy general manager of Orange, and Franck Boulben, head of the consumer division of Verizon.
