America is worried.
One after Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20, 2021, the atmosphere is heavy.
Instead of the return to normal promised when he took office, his mandate no longer even seems like a respite.
Biden has stopped invoking the "
soul of America
", or seeking to "
lower the temperature
".
Last week in Atlanta, he gave an apocalyptic speech, in which he called for urgent reform of the electoral system.

In our lives and in the life of our nation there are moments so important that they separate everything that has come before from everything that has come after,
" warned Joe Biden.
"
They stop time.
They separate the trivial from the essential, and force us to confront hard truths about ourselves, our institutions and our democracy

But instead of a call to unite, Biden impeached all elected officials who wouldn't pass the Democratic Party's election bills: "
