A 17-year-old young man was slightly injured in the neck Thursday around 8:00 a.m., then a 52-year-old woman was also hit in the abdomen and back, she is in serious condition, according to the prosecution and a source close to the case.
The attacker was arrested and placed in police custody in the process and his identification is in progress, said the prosecution.
According to a second source familiar with the matter, the man, who appears to be in his thirties, has "
a homeless appearance
" and speaks English.
He said nothing at the time of the events and, according to the first elements of the investigation, the terrorist track is not envisaged, specified this source.
