Members of the fire brigade of Banias City Council in Tartous countryside put out a fire that broke out today in a house in the city.
The head of the city council, Eng. Bashar Hamza, said that the fire brigade personnel were able, within a short time, to extinguish the fire due to the speed of response, and the damage was limited to materials, pointing out that the cause of the fire was a short circuit.
