Today, the Theater of the Artists Syndicate in Aleppo hosted a ceremony honoring the organizers of the talent program “Stars of Aleppo”, which was revived by the singer Hammam Charity in the presence of a crowd.
Khairy, who emphasized the importance of celebrations that care for talents and refine them to support the artistic movement in Aleppo, sang during the ceremony a group of tarab songs, in addition to muwashahat, qadud, mawwail, and poems, some of which were his words.
Musician Hadi Parsley, deputy head of the Artists Syndicate, pointed out, in a statement to SANA’s reporter, to the importance of this concert in Aleppo, which is ancient with its art, and to the tremendous efforts made in the “Stars of Aleppo” program in order to sponsor young talents, wishing the continuity of such programs that present very beautiful and promising voices.
The director of the ceremony, Kamal Sheno, explained that the aim of this event is to shed light on the program's team, who worked silently and persistently to present emerging names in the world of singing that complement the adult career.
Among the honorees, Hazar Hariri expressed her happiness with this honor, indicating the importance of the talent program that was implemented to support and embrace young people with talents and energies and to convey their voice to the audience.
From the audience, singer Fouad Maher spoke about the need to support and take care of young talents so that an artistic generation that we can be proud of is prepared.
This was confirmed by the artist Ahmed Khairy, referring to the excellence of the talent program, which produced a group of beautiful voices, which were trained during the program on the principles of singing, notes, rhythms and musical maqamat as a first step to prove themselves on the path of authentic art.
