An arson attack was carried out last night against the car of Generoso Rignanese, councilor for the budget of the Municipality of Monte Sant'Angelo (Foggia).
The car was parked in via Valle Sant'Angelo and was completely destroyed.
The firefighters and carabinieri intervened on the spot.
It is not the first time that Rignanese has been intimidated: in 2019 an envelope containing a human skull and heavy death threats addressed to him and to the mayor Pierpaolo D'Arienzo was found in the municipal seat of Macchia, a hamlet of Monte Sant'Angelo.
