To be very clear, we want a dialogue (with Russia).

We want conflicts to be resolved in the bodies provided for this purpose.

But if the situation deteriorates, if there are new attacks on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, we will respond with massive economic and financial sanctions

The European Union is by far Russia's largest trading partner and by far its largest investor.

This business relationship is important to us.

But it is much more important for Russia

Russia and Europe share a geography, a culture, a history.
