The floor where one of the terrorists who murdered the late Yehuda Dimentman last month lives will be destroyed, an IDF spokesman said today (Thursday), after a message was given to Jit Jaradat's family.

The terrorist's family was given the opportunity to file an objection in relation to the demolition.

On December 16, the late Dimentman was killed in a terrorist attack near the Chumash. The suspects were arrested after several days of manhunt. Dimentman, 25, left behind a wife and a six-month-old baby. .

The case of other people involved in the attack is still under investigation.

In the case of the terrorist Mahmoud Jaradat, on January 16, 2022, the commander of the command signed a boycott and demolition order for the floor where the terrorist lived.

At the request of the terrorist's family, the demolition order will not be implemented until January 23, 2022 to allow them to file a petition with the High Court.

In the case of the terrorist Muhammad Jaradat, a notice of intent to demolish was issued on January 12, 2022. An attainment on behalf of his family was filed and is being examined.

A response to the achievement will be delivered in the coming days.
