Needless to say, the entire local installation market was preparing for the entry of the new installation.

Development of compatible systems, equipping with proper stock and the like.

The Ministry of Transport now decides to abolish this installation obligation.

It may be noted that the previous decision was pushed by the outgoing minister (Miri Regev, Likud) and the incoming one (Meirav Michaeli, Labor) chose to cancel it.

The business sector, which is directly affected by the frequent change of attitude, is being warned about the eulogies that will be inflicted on various companies due to the aforementioned indecision.

There are those who even wonder aloud, whether the cancellation is due to professional considerations, or whether it was precisely political games that set the tone in this decision.

The conduct described places companies that have created tens of thousands of unanswered compatible systems.

Another argument that arises is that those companies that were asked and encouraged by the Ministry of Transportation to provide a technological solution to the new regulation, are now left alone in the campaign.

According to various sources in the industry, the damage from this zigzag is estimated at millions of shekels, while the Ministry of Transportation did not offer a path that would lead to the minimization of the damage.
