The young man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend from behind will have restrictions on his bail

Frank DeLeon, accused of shooting Diamond Alvarez 22 times, was released from the Harris County, Texas, jail after posting bail of $250,000. The young man wears a GPS monitoring device, has a curfew and cannot go to school.
