An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale hit Bushehr province, southern Iran, today, without information about casualties or material damage.
Fars news agency reported that the tremor occurred at a depth of 14 km and a distance of 2 km from the towns of Riz, 22 km from Bank and 26 km from the Kangan port in Bushehr Province.
An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale hit Sistan and Baluchestan province, southeast of Iran, on the 12th of this month.
