Al-Ittihad team defeated Al-Thawra with a score of 96-56 points in the match that brought them together today at Al-Assad Sports Hall in Aleppo within the ninth round of the first-leg of the men’s basketball league championship.
The first three quarters ended in favor of Al-Ittihad with 27-9 points, 19-9, 25-9, and Al-Thawra won the last quarter with 29-25 points.
It is noteworthy that this is the eighth victory for Al-Ittihad in the league this season, knowing that it only lost in the third round against the Army.
