How to prove outstanding achievement?
The USCIS will consider two directions: 1) The applicant has won a global award in one of the five categories, such as the Nobel Prize, Olympic medals, Oscar awards, etc.
Of course, such people are very rare.
2) If the applicant has not won an international award, the applicant needs to prove that 3 of the 10 conditions prescribed under the law are met.
The 10 conditions include: Has the applicant won a national award in the country where he lives?
Have you been interviewed by famous media?
Has the article or artwork been widely reported?
Are the published articles frequently cited?
Have you been invited to serve as a judge for relevant key events?
Have you been invited to become a professional member?
Have you made a meaningful contribution to the industry?
Is the salary higher than that of peers?
As for the EB-2 (NIW) requirements, the applicant must have a master's degree or above related to science, arts and business.
If you only have a bachelor's degree, you must have 5 consecutive years of relevant work experience.
The second is to prove how to meet the NIW National Interest Waiver. Generally, EB-2 needs to be hired by a local employer, and after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Labor, an immigration application can be submitted to the USCIS, but if the applicant can prove that his experience or research is correct If the United States brings substantial merit and is of national importance to the United States, the applicant can waive the approval of the Department of Labor and submit an EB-2 application directly to the USCIS.

However, the application cycle of EB-5 is longer than that of EB-1A and EB-2 (NIW), and EB-1A has an expedited application, the applicant only needs to pay an additional application fee of $2,500, and the USCIS will approve it within 15 days.
If the applicant's place of birth is not in the country or region where the listing is made, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, etc., the whole family can obtain a permanent green card within 3 to 6 months at the earliest.
