To supply the nearly 4,000 points of sale listed by the Ministry of the Interior throughout the national territory, weed traffickers have set up very well-established networks.
The highly structured and professional nature of these clandestine logistics chains provides information both on the growing power acquired by these networks and on the massive nature of consumption.
The purpose of these channels is to transport cannabis resin and "beuh" (a mixture of cannabis leaves, stems and flowers) from the main center of production in the Rif region of Morocco to the multiple points of sale throughout France.
