Blinken indicated that Washington will share directly with Moscow today the common positions of it and its European allies and will provide responses to the issues raised by Moscow, expressing his hope that the path of dialogue and diplomacy will always remain open and that work will continue to resolve differences and crises in a peaceful manner.
