The jungle camp 2022 starts the 15th season.

With only eleven stars, RTL is broadcasting from South Africa this year.

Kruger National Park - Everything is different in this jungle camp 2022.

After the most watched German TV show in Germany could only take place in Hürth last year due to the corona virus, this year you will finally see the celebrities suffer again.

With disgust exams, a lot of Zoff, drama, scandals and too little food.

There is already one crucial change: the camp is different.

So far, the participants shared their whereabouts in Australia.

This time they are in South Africa.

There is home for the next two weeks near the Kruger National Park.

However, the jungle camp has already been tried and tested on TV: Many programs by the Australian counterpart "I am a celebrity... get me outta here" were filmed here.

Even before it starts on January 21, the RTL broadcaster showed the first insights.

The typical bunks and the equipment box are already there.

Jungle camp 2022 in the live ticker: Two planned candidates are not included

The candidates were actually already certain, but there was already some hustle and bustle in advance.

But two of them will not move in as planned.

Person One is Christin Okpara.

She is not allowed to compete because of the hustle and bustle about her vaccination status.

Instead, Jasmin Herren, Willi Herren's widow, goes on the bunk.

But there is another short-term failure: Lucas Cordalis.

In advance, he was traded as a big favorite.

Now he can't be there at the start because of a positive corona test.

However, he hopes to be able to move up, according to Cordalis.

It is currently not known whether there will be a replacement.

There is speculation about celebrity Jasmin Wagner, aka "Blümchen".
