The FEHD will notify all stall owners who have won the bid of the relevant decision in writing. In addition to refunding the full amount of the stall usage fee to them as soon as possible in accordance with the licensing agreement, it will also report to the relevant stall holders under the fifth round of the "Anti-epidemic Fund". The master will issue an additional ex-gratia payment equal to 50% of the booth usage fee.
The compensation method for the cancellation of the Chegong Festival Market is the same as the cancellation of the New Year's Eve.
