Because of a traffic accident in the Ebersberg forest, there were traffic jams and cancellations.

There were also several collisions in the north of the district due to snow.

The total damage is over 90,000 euros.

Ebersberg - Nothing went on the streets in the district town.

The bus service was temporarily largely stopped, the vehicles backed up from the city center to the Ebersberger forest.

As the police chief Sebastian Battinger from the Ebersberg police inspection reported, a serious traffic accident occurred on Thursday evening around 5:20 p.m. in the Ebersberg forest on the state road 2080.

There was a 41-year-old from the district driving her car in the direction of Forstinning.

For reasons that are still unclear, she came too far to the right.

In order not to deviate from the road, the woman wanted to countersteer.

However, she turned 90 degrees onto the oncoming lane on the slippery winter road.

Collision in the Ebersberg forest: three people were injured and seriously injured

Two people from the Traunstein district were sitting in the oncoming vehicle.

They were unable to brake in time and hit the passenger side of the oncoming vehicle head-on.

The 87-year-old was seriously injured in the collision and his 62-year-old passenger was moderately injured.

The district citizen also sustained moderate injuries.

According to the Ebersberger police inspection, all three people involved were taken to nearby hospitals.

The total damage is around 20,000 euros.

Both the Ebersberg police and the fire brigade came to the scene of the accident to record the accident and to secure it.

The road had to be completely closed at times.

Therefore, a long traffic jam formed, which ran through the entire Ebersberg urban area.

In combination with the snowy roads, there were significant delays.

Traffic chaos thanks to snowfall: police report several accidents in the district

The Poinger police also reported several traffic accidents in the north of the district because of the snowfall on Thursday evening. At 4:30 p.m., a 41-year-old drove his Ford in Vaterstetten along a bend in the priority road. He was overlooked by a bus that wanted to enter the priority road. There was a collision, but neither the 45-year-old bus driver nor the father from Stetten was injured. The property damage is around 3500 euros.

Around 5 p.m. in Forstinning, a 46-year-old Anzinger wanted to drive onto the B12, although a Golf was driving on the priority road at the same time.

Due to the slippery surface, the Daimler driver entering the car was unable to accelerate properly and the 24-year-old golfer from Hohenlinden was unable to brake in time.

The collision caused an estimated damage of around 9,000 euros, according to the Poinger police.

Wild blowing snow: Several traffic accidents in Parsdorf and Zorneding

Barely ten minutes later, a traffic accident occurred in Parsdorf.

There, a 45-year-old Fiat driver from the Erdinger district had to slow down at the Von-Myra-Straße and Am Lerchenfeld roundabout due to traffic.

A 28-year-old from Munich recognized this too late, could no longer brake due to the slippery surface and drove up.

The resulting damage is estimated at around 250 euros.

In Zorneding, around 5:30 p.m., a 38-year-old Nissan driver from Hohenbrunn came into the oncoming lane due to the snow.

There she drove against a 37-year-old driver from Kirchseeon who was driving in the direction of Ebersberg.

The material damage caused is estimated at around 20,000 euros.

The driver of the Nissan was slightly injured in the knee, the Kirchseeoner only complained of pain in the back.

Neither of them had to go to the hospital.

Traffic chaos in the district: mother and daughter have to go to the hospital

At the same time, another traffic accident occurred in Zorneding on Wasserburger Landstrasse near Herzog-Albrecht-Strasse.

The 20-year-old driver of a VW Polo, who was driving east on Wasserburger Landstrasse, was unable to stop in time on the slippery road in front of the intersection.

That's why she slipped into the left side of another car that was coming from the B304 on Herzog-Albrecht-Strasse.

According to the Poinger police, the driver was slightly injured in the accident and had to be taken to the Ebersberg hospital for clarification of a cervical spine trauma.

The driver's daughter was not injured but was also taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The property damage is estimated at 30,000 euros.

Traffic chaos in the north of the district: wildlife accident just before Grub

At 6:15 p.m. another wildlife accident happened in Grub.

A 50-year-old golfer was driving from Landsham towards Grub.

Shortly before entering Grub, a deer crossed the road.

The father of Stetten could not stop in time and caught the game.

The hunt tenant has been informed.

Barely a quarter of an hour later, there was a crash in Weißenfeld.

A 23-year-old Mercedes driver from Vaterstetten drove southwest on Parsdorfer Straße.

She had to stop because of traffic.

A 39-year-old man driving behind her, also from Vaterstetten, drove up with his Audi.

Nobody was injured, the property damage is estimated at around 8000 euros.

In total, the two police stations recorded seven collisions and an estimated total damage of 90,750 euros.
