Thousands of visitors and hundreds of surfers visited the Hermon site today (Saturday).

This, against the background of the snow that has accumulated on the site in recent days and its opening to visitors after the stormy week that befell Israel, during which it began to snow in the Golan Heights and the Galilee, and even in some of the central mountains.

The temperature recorded at the lower level is 4 ° C and the weather in a bright and cold place.

In addition, heavy traffic loads were recorded on the way to the Hermon site and in the place itself, which can only be entered by prior reservation.

Also, despite the cold, the weather became clear and tens of thousands visited nature reserves and parks across the country.

At the moment, about 50,000 hikers have walked the parks, national parks and nature reserves of the Nature and Parks Authority.

Tens of thousands more are spending time in the forests of the Jewish National Fund.

Hikers continue to arrive, and at some of the sites loads are recorded, while in the Turtle Bridge park full occupancy was announced and the Emek Hefer Regional Council stated that it is recommended not to reach the place in the coming hours.
