Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
Dozens of Palestinians were injured today as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' suppression of the weekly Kafr Qaddum demonstration against settlements and demanding the opening of the village street, which was closed for more than 17 years, east of Qalqilya in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the village and fired bullets and poisonous gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration, which led to the injury of two of them with bullets and dozens of cases of suffocation.
The demonstrations in the village of Kafr Qaddoum against the occupation on Friday and Saturday became part of the public life in the village, whose lands were devoured by the apartheid wall and settlements.
