Syria renewed its condemnation of the actions that led to the displacement of thousands of Syrian citizens in Al-Hasakah governorate and increased their suffering, and demanded the withdrawal of US forces from northeastern Syria and Turkish forces from northwestern Syria, and the Security Council to address its responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security and protecting innocent civilians, considering that what the American forces and militias are committing (SDF) acts that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement, which SANA received a copy of today, about the crimes of the SDF and the United States against Syrian civilians in Al-Hasakah: During the past few days, the gangs of (ISIS) and (SDF) committed massacres against civilians and massive destruction of the infrastructure in al-Hasakah governorate. The American occupation forces, especially the air force, barbarically committed these crimes, which claimed the lives of innocent civilians, including the elderly, children and women of the people of this province, which has suffered a lot during the past years as a result of the bloody practices of these parties.

The Foreign Ministry added that thousands of families and families have been forced to leave with their children from their homes in search of safe havens in the areas controlled by the Syrian state, and these families have received urgent care in terms of shelter, medicine, clean water, heating devices, and relief materials, despite the hardship the governorate is going through in particular. And Syria in general as a result of the immoral unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States of America and Western countries on Syria.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs added, “It is important to point out that the armed militias of (SDF) had occupied many schools in al-Hasakah, including the industrial school, expelled students from it and turned them into detention centers. They also occupied economic and administrative institutions and medical facilities, including hospitals and clinics in al-Hasakah city, in addition to the exposure of these The facilities and facilities have recently been ruthlessly destroyed by American planes and (SDF) criminals.

The Foreign Ministry clarified that the war on terrorism is not just media propaganda and false stances that are launched in international forums and loudspeakers, but that the war on terrorism must be sincere stances that do not tolerate interpretation, double standards, political hypocrisy, nor the export of terrorists from one place to another to serve political and military purposes. immoral.

The Foreign Ministry said: The forces of the Syrian Arab Army and its allies have proven that what they did in their war on terrorism is what led to the liberation of most of the Syrian territories from its crimes, and that those who deal with terrorists are the Americans and their tools from Jabhat al-Nusra and terrorist militias that move with American and Turkish instructions to implement their policies against Citizens of the region who seek to achieve security and stability in Syria and other countries that have suffered from the terrorism of these organizations.

The Foreign Ministry added, the Syrian Arab Republic reiterates its condemnation of the actions that led to the displacement of thousands of Syrian citizens and increased their suffering, and demands the withdrawal of US forces from northeastern Syria and Turkish forces from northwestern Syria, and considers what the American forces and SDF militias are committing as acts that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Syria also calls on the humanitarian organizations of the United Nations, including the High Commissioner for Refugees, the World Food Program, UNICEF and all other humanitarian organizations, to provide all forms of emergency relief to support thousands of Syrian families who were forced to flee from their places of residence into the open in these harsh weather conditions.

The Foreign Ministry concluded its statement by saying: Syria also calls on the Security Council to confront its responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security, protecting innocent civilians in the north and north-east of Syria, and helping to confront this new humanitarian catastrophe before it escalates and explodes.
